As a newly formed formwork and access provider in the U.K & Ireland we have mainly focussed our attention on the development of our own innovative forming and access solutions .However equally important to us is the ability to be providers of the full range of formwork and access equipment through our partnering arrangements.

SLAB FORMING
At FORMULA T&T we can provide the complete slabforming solution either by using our table system or the lightweight aluminium panel system.

The table system can be made from the use of the traditional primary and secondary beams attached to our high capacity aluminium legs and gates.

The table can be easily dropped and moved to the next pour cycle via twin all terrain castor wheels or via crane to the next floor level.

The system is also adaptable to large repeat pour areas by means of attachment of the aluminium legs to the large trusses removing the need for low level gates. This system provides for high output with minimum formwork and labour requirement. Both systems are completely compatible with the demands of heavy civils work and further complemented by the use of the T20 towers as presented in the catalogues.

We also provide the highly efficient light weight aluminium panel system for forming slabs. This system completely complements our Safety & Weathershield Enclosure System for high-rise construction. The innovative system allows for the use of lightweight panels and aluminium legs attached to the quick release head, allowing for the early release of the panels and beams to the next pour, while the legs provide for the backpropping requirements.

WALL FORMWORK
We provide the complete range of wall formwork solutions.

It starts with the light weight hand held panel system Minimag. This system allows for the panels to be moved between pours without any reliance on cranes.

The next range of the system the more commonly used medium range is called P300 which is adaptable to large wall pour areas for buildings and civils structures. It also provides for use as a crane handled core forming system, running independently ahead of the floors. The 3rd wall forming system is the heavier Magnum system for large and higher wall forming situations as seen in larger civils applications and single sided as an e.g. The system is also adaptable to our jumpform solution for high-rise cores.

Finally we can provide the very adaptable and efficient circular wall forming system called Svelt. The system is completely adjustable to the changing shape and curves of any structure.

ACCESS, SAFETY & WEATHERSHIELD ENCLOSURE SYSTEM
At FORMULA T&T we have put extensive time and energy into the development of our Innovative Screen System. The main focus for us was the development of the system around areas of concerns as a result of market research with contractors, such as off site assembly, assembly times, weight, material selection to enhance the design, gaps between slab and screen and whose responsibility, transportation and re-use etc.

Screen protection is becoming more & more a part of normal construction techniques and a requirement on many projects, also no longer discussed as something we may use on just high-rise projects.

HOISTS
Achieving cycle times in concrete frame construction has always been seen as something driven largely by crane time. The formwork cycle time from one floor to the next is an essential part of the process. When crane time is at a premium we believe by employing the use of formwork hoists you will improve your efficiency and project delivery opportunity.

Through our partnering arrangement we can supply hoists for all building requirements and keen to add to this range of equipment a formwork hoist solution.

ACCESS SYSTEM SCAFFOLDING & STAIRWAYS
Through our partnering arrangement we are also in a position to provide a comprehensive range of system scaffolding. The system is fully compliant with all U.K and European standards. The system is completely multi directional and adapts in design to the contractors requirements. We also provide a complete range of site stairways for low and high level access.

Finally at FORMULA T&T we place huge emphasis on the need for education and training facilities for our formwork operatives. This is not just necessarily deployed on our equipment but on a full range of forming equipment and techniques, traditional and otherwise.
